Record influx of tourists during X-mas & New Year

Jaipur: A huge number of tourists have thronged Jaipur and the State on Christmas and New Year holidays. While Amber was visited by more than 13,000 tourists on Saturday, the number cross 14,000 on Sunday. Similarly, a large crowd of tourists was seen at other monuments including Nahargarh, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, Jhalana Leopard Safari and Nahargarh Biological Park.

Due to the increasing arrival of tourists, all government and private hotels in Jaipur are 100% booked.

However, due to the fear of a new variant of Corona, there was a feeling of doubt among the tourists. Especially tourists from Gujarati and South India have come in large numbers to Jaipur this time. It is believed that in the week from Sunday to December 31 till the year ends, the number of tourists coming to Jaipur may cross 5 lakh.
