Rape victim shot at, attacked with weapon in Kotputli

Jaipur: The 25- year-old rape victim and her brother were attacked by the rape accused along with his accomplice. The attackers first shot the girl and then attacked her with an axe. The incident took place just 20 metres away from Pragpura police station in Kotputli, Behror. The victim has been admitted to SMS Hospital.

Police said that the girl was on a scooty with her brother when rape accused, along with his accomplice stopped them and attacked. Police detained the accused. DGP UR Sahoo said that IG and SP have been asked to investigate and strict action will be taken.
