RAJASTHAN GOVT WORKING TO UPLIFT POOR: CM GEHLOT AT A MASS WEDDING CEREMONY

NSUI state prez Abhishek sets example, gets his sis married at mass marriage event by NSUI as both CM Gehlot & Dotasra praise his efforts

Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said on Sunday that the state government is committed to working for the uplift of poor, needy, deprived, and backward sections.

Addressing a ‘Sarva Dharma samuhik vivah samaroh’ (mass wedding ceremony) of poor and needy families affected by the coronavirus, Gehlot said the state government endeavors to ensure social security of every section and connect them with the mainstream of the society.

The Chief Minister also highlighted the schemes and programmes being run by the state government for social security.

Government should also help with mass marriages. NSUI has done this virtuous work. Abhishek has not made politics his profession but does party work with a sense of service. CM sahib this boy really has some talent.

He has even got his sister married in this mass marriage.” “NSUI took a wonderful decision to organize an all-religion mass marriage.

Politics should be accompanied by creative work. When I look at Abhishek, I remember my childhood. He is carrying out social work.

I have also progressed through NSUI. I was the first president of NSUI Rajasthan. I hope that the initiative that Abhishek has started, will continue in the future too.

Marrying with simplicity is the need of the hour. Not every person can get married in a big resort or hotel.

There is a big gap between rich and poor in country, it should be reduced. Abhishek has done a wonderful job and has also married off his sister, Akanksha, in this same ceremony,” Gehlot said.
