Rajasthan: 20 yrs imprisonment to accused for kidnapping and raping a minor in Jalore, a fine of Rs 20,000

Jaipur: In the case of kidnapping and raping a minor girl in Jalore, the culprit has been sentenced to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment. Along with this, a fine of Rs 20,000 has also been imposed on the culprit.
Special Public Prosecutor Syed Mumtaz Ali said that the mother of the minor lodged a report at the Bhadrajun police station on 23 February, 2021 that she had gone to her mother’s house on the morning of February 21. The 15-year-old minor girl is then alone at home.

Suresh Kumar alias Kartik Yadav resident of Umrain district, Alwar used to come to Hariram’s (girl's father) house and was working on JCB for the last 7-8 years, who forcibly kidnapped his minor daughter on February 22 .
