Raj, a model state in health matters: CM

Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot while addressing the swearing-in ceremony of 1,763 newly appointed doctors & the inauguration ceremony of Raj Health Portal at Rajasthan International Centre said on Wednesday, that Rajasthan has become a model state in the country in the health sector. “The Right to Health Act has been implemented here for all. The general public is feeling safe with the facility of free treatment of Rs 25 lakh under Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme including free OPD-IPD and tests,” Gehlot said. He wished the newly appointed doctors good luck for their bright future.

The Chief Minister said that the health model of Rajasthan is being praised in the country through the Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme and Right to Health. The CM also inaugurated the health portal. the brochure of the portal. On this occasion, Health Minister PL Meena said that after posting of newly appointed doctors, they are now available at each PHC.
