Police department to go paperless in phased manner: DGP Mishra

Jaipur: DGP Umesh Mishra on Friday issued directions to police officials instructing them to adopt e-file module in a phased manner so that paperless work can be done in police department. The DGP issued the directives while digitally signing the order.

He said that e-file module will be implemented in a phased manner in all wings of Police HQs, all police range & all SP offices & in their subordinate offices. He added that from January 30, all file maintenance work will be done on e-module through Rajkaj application. “With the use of e-file module, besides real time tracking of files, time-bound execution of work will be ensured. Postal mail maintenance etc will also be done on Rajkaj application.”
