Phulwani Group’s alleged ‘illegal constructions’ to be investigated!

Jaipur: While the real estate market of Jaipur is trying to come out of the shadow of Corona pandemic, it has received yet another shocker as a new controversial builder group has knocked in the real estate market!

The Phulwani Group has come to the fore however, there are serious allegations of illegal constructions against the group in several projects going on in Tilak Nagar, Adarsh Nagar, and Shivaji Nagar areas.

It is alleged that group has not even taken corporation’s permission for construction & besides, , there are allegations of disregarding RERA rules.

Presently, the group’s projects are going on in more than half a dozen areas in city, and alleged unhindered construction is being carried out at all these disputed projects, but no action has been yet been taken on these illegal projects of Phulwani Group.

In the entire episode, now the Municipal Corporation has stressed upon constituting a panel which will investigate illegal constructions of Phulwani Group
