Mend your ways for better ACRs; DGP ML Lather asks IGs, SPs in review meeting
Jaipur: DGP ML Lather reprimanded officers who are negligent in field and said ACR of SPs and IGs, who have poor performance in field, will also be poor. He was chairing monthly crime review meeting at the PHQ here.
“Those with poor performance should not expect good ACR,” he said in meeting. Meeting was being held through video conference. After these instructions of DGP, many officers will have to improve performance for good ACR.
DGP also expressed displeasure over not getting cases probed by constables where they are trained to do so and train remaining constables. He also instructed to do better work in campaigns to catch wanted criminals and take operations run by PHQ seriously. ADG Crime Ravi Prakash Mehrada gave a presentation about ongoing campaigns from PHQ.
