Jaipur: JMC Greater Mayor Dr Somya Gurjar is once again in trouble in the case of misbehaviour with former commissioner of JMCG Yagyamitra Singh Deo. She along with three councilors has been found guilty in the judicial inquiry. Notably, Joint Secretary, Law Drafting - Mudita Bhargava - had investigated the matter and found councilors Shankar Sharma, Paras Jain and Ajay Singh Chauhan, and Dr Somya guilty. Now on the basis of this report, the government can sack Dr Somya and three other councilors as well as debar them from contesting elections for six months. However, now the ball is in the court of the government and it will decide the future of Dr Somya and the other three councillors.
