JDA to bring new housing scheme at Nari Ka Baas soon

Jaipur: JDA will soon come up with a housing scheme in Nari Ka Baas near the state capital. Along with this, JDA will develop a farm house scheme on its land in Amber’s Kaat area. This decision was taken in the PWC meeting held at JDA on Tuesday. It was also decided in the meeting to convert street lights to LED smart lighting and also to install facade lighting on Ajmer elevated road. Nearly Rs 8.63 crore will be spent on this work. In the meeting chaired by JDA commissioner Ravi Jain, administrative and financial approval of Rs 3.12 crore was issued for renovation and repair of roads of 60 feet and above under municipal jurisdiction in Zone 2. Approval was also issued for the renovation of the road from Airport Road to Haldighati Marg (Meteorological Dept Road).

It was also decided to replace the high pressure sodium vapor street lights and common LED lighting system street lights with NB to T based LED smart lighting system installed at various places in JDA jurisdiction. For this, administrative and financial sanction of Rs 12.15 cr was issued. Approval was given to create a new scheme in Nari Ka Baas in Zone 12. It was decided to develop a farm house scheme on JDA owned land in Kaat village of Amer tehsil in Zone 13. Approval was given to reorganize three institutional plots in VDN Sec 4.
