JDA intensifies work, to issue notifications

Jaipur: In a first, under the Land Pooling Act, the exercise of bringing two big town planning schemes has intensified in the capital. The Jaipur Development Authority will soon issue notification for these schemes. The Land Pooling Act was implemented in the state on April 4, 2016. Although this law came into force during the previous BJP government, the rules were not implemented. After this, when the Congress government came, the rules were implemented under the law in May 2020. After the passage of two years, on the instructions of the state govt, the JDA has identified two places in the capital for the town planning scheme. In one of these places, the survey work has completed and in the second place, the survey has started. Under the Land Pooling Law, there is a provision to take land with mutual consent from the account holders, who get up to 55% as compensation.
