Jaipur Airport goes ‘silent’ digitally

Jaipur: The Jaipur International Airport becomes silent airport from February 1. All important information will now be displayed on dozens of digital screens installed across the airport. The screens are placed at strategic locations outside and inside terminal, in check-in halls, and a security hold area. Passengers will also get instant and regular updates on their mobile phone through SMS.

The airport aims to make the traveling experience more relaxing for passengers by reducing the noisy atmosphere inside the terminal. Passengers will get all important and boarding related updated on the digital screens and messages on their respectivenumbers. Technologybased and automated PA systems will also be deployed at the airport to provide important updates to the passengers. In their respective capacities, airline companies will also be updating passengers on all important and travel-related information.
