Illegal collection of toll at State highways

Jaipur: Illegal recovery is being made from exempted vehicles on State Highways. The 31 toll plazas on 14 state highways are making an illegal recovery. All these toll plazas are operated by RIDCOR. Without prior notice, FASTag was started secretly at the start of September. Recovery is also being made from exempted vehicles through FASTag, and there is no technique for non-recovery from exempted vehicles.

In such a situation, illegal recovery continues through NHAI’s FASTag. Despite the complaint, RIDCOR hasn’t taken any action. Most of the tolls do not even put the board of FASTag lane, and even notice boards of vehicles exempted from toll areas are also removed.
