HC RESERVES VERDICT ON PETITION OF NIMBARAM IN BRIBERY CASE

Jaipur: Rajasthan HC has reserved the judgment on the criminal petition of RSS Pracharak Nimbaram in the case related to demanding a bribe of Rs. 20 crore from BVG company in lieu of getting the company’s pending dues cleared. The bench of Justice Farzand Ali heard the arguments of all the parties and reserved the decision. The petition is for getting the FIR against the petitioner Nimbaram quashed. During the hearing, the ACB produced the factual report and the pendrive containing a recording of the conversation in the High Court. Written arguments were also presented in the single bench on behalf of the petitioner. It was also said that the audio, video, and transcript being narrated have been edited.
