Gehlot’s gift spree to medical sector shows no pause
Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot gave gifts worth Rs 438 crore to the residents of the state in the medical field. In the program organized at the CMR. CM Ashok Gehlot is making budget announcements one after the other. For the last two days, Gehlot is continuously giving gifts to the medical sector.
On this occasion, CM said that the way the state has upgraded itself in the field of education and medicine is being discussed in the whole country today. “We have enacted the Right to Health Act so that every man gets the right to health. Health Ministry of the Centre should send a team to study the works that have been done by Rajasthan govt in field of medicine. Out of total TB patients in the country, 6% are in Raj alone, we all should target these people & run further programmes,” Gehlot said.
Meanwhile, Health Min PL Meena said, “Many congratulations to 29 Gram Panchayats which have been made TB-free. Along with this, a target has been set to make the entire state TB-free by 2025, which we should try to fulfill 100%.” He demanded from CM that organ donation should be included in the school curriculum The program was also addressed by Chief Secretary Usha Sharma and ACS Shubhra Singh. CM awarded Baran District Collectors Narendra Gupta, Ashish Modi, Ashish Gupta, Nishant Jain, PC Sharma, Piyush Sawariya, Neelabh Saxena, Arvind Poswal silver & bronze medals for work in TB eradication.
