‘Gehlot must step down as CM’

Jaipur: State BJP incharge Arun Singh targeted the state’s political developments arising over the post of Chief Minister in Rajasthan Congress. He said that after the mass resignation of MLAs and ministers, the Ashok Gehlot government does not have the right to remain in the government on moral grounds. “Assembly Speaker CP Joshi should also accept the resignations of ministers and MLAs,” said Singh, adding that the biggest question is that after resigning, by what right are ministers and MLAs taking advantage of the facilities. “This is a betrayal with the people of Rajasthan and people will teach them a lesson in the coming assembly elections.” Attacking CM Gehlot, Singh said that the CM does the politics of blame game and blames the leaders of the opposition.
