Jaipur: Union Minister Nitin Gadkari & other ministers present in Manthan programme of Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways held in Bengaluru appreciated the presentation made by PWD Minister Bhajan Lal Jatav regarding road devpt & safety.

Jatav said Gehlot govt has done special work on road development. “In the last 3 years, new approvals have been issued for 10,546 works costing Rs 25 thousand 395 crore for development of roads on 42,384 km. Work of 49,103 km has been completed at cost of Rs 21,449 crore. In view of max area of Raj in the country, international border, desert and tribal areas, abundance of mineral areas, refinery and present population density, it is imp to have good network of national highways,” he said.
