Food adulteration: Samples seized from various places in Jaipur

Jaipur: In a significant development related to the ongoing campaign against food adulteration under ‘ shuddh aahar milawat par vaar’ drive, a major crackdown was conducted by a team from the Food Safety and Drug Control Commissionerate.

Under the directives of ACS Medical Shubhra Singh, Drug and Food Commissioner Ikbal Khan, and Additional Commissioner Pankaj Ojha, a raid was conducted at the establishment. The team seized samples of paneer, ghee, milk cake, and mawa barfi for further analysis.

Additionally, an Improvement Notice under Section 32 of FSSAI was issued during the raid. Two samples were also collected from Kishor Mishthan Bhandar in Sodala.
