Jaipur/Karauli/Dausa: Heavy rains in Rajasthan for the last 3 days have affected life in many districts, including Jaipur. Flood-like conditions prevail in 7 districts (Dholpur, Karauli, Bharatpur, Dausa, Tonk, Sawai Madhopur) including Jaipur

A holiday has been declared in schools in many districts, including Bharatpur, Karauli, Dausa and Sawai Madhopur.

Many areas have been submerged due to the breaking of the dam in Sawai Madhopur. Water has filled up to 2 feet on the Jaipur-Kota National Highway in Tonk.
