Five armed men posing as I-T officers rob flour trader

Jaipur: Late on Wednesday night, 5 armed men conducted a robbery at flour trader’s house in Galta Gate area of Jaipur. The men entered the house while posing as Income Tax Officers. According to the police, the victim has been identified as one Satyanarayan Tambe, resident of plot number-35 in Surajpol Anaj Mandi. The armed miscreants took businessman’s wife, two daughters-in-law, two sons and 3 grandsons as hostage and in order to escape the clutches of cops, the miscreants ran away by uprooting the DVR of the CCTV camera installed in the house. According to sources, the miscreants fled with 60 lakh rupees cash and half kilogram gold jewellery.
