FIR against Padao resto in Nahargarh for DJ party

Jaipur: After a lot of pressure on the forest department post the video of the DJ party at Padao restaurant in Nahargarh went viral, the department finally registered an FIR under the Forest Act. A case was registered on Friday under Section 27 and 19 of the Forest Act.

Wildlife enthusiast Rajendra Tiwari had informed the department about the happenings on time but the department did not act. Tiwari said that last Sunday, a DJ party was organised at Padav restaurant. Hundreds of wildlife, including 18-19 bagheras roam in the Nahargarh Wildlife Sanctuary. There have been complaints about the restaurant in the past as well and the restaurant had been closed after the NGT orders.
