Female staff of SMS Hospital harassed; panel formed for probe

Jaipur: A female radiographer of SMS Hospital was allegedly harassed by the radiographer superintendent and other staff of the radiotherapy department. Superintendent of SMS Hospital Dr Achal Sharma has formed a committee to investigate the complaint and the matter has been referred to the Woman Harassment Wing of the hospital. “Committees were immediately constituted after receiving the complaint.

Along with this, MOIC has also been appointed in view of the dispute of radiographers. The administration has also been requested to remove concerned official from the post so that investigation is not influenced. Action will be taken on whoever is found guilty,” said Dr Achal Sharma.
