E-vehicle sales increase, pre-booking for Diwali on

Jaipur: The speed with which the price of Petrol-Diesel is increasing, the craze for electric cars and bikes is increasing in the market. Electric vehicles are not only economical compared to petrol and diesel vehicles, but the maintenance cost is also negligible in them. Total sell till October 4, 49206 electric vehicles have been sold in just 4 days. This year the sales of electric vehicles are increasing every month in the state, electric cars and bikes are proving to be a relief for the people in this inflation. State govt too is encouraging sale of electric vehicles. Transport Department has issued the Electric Vehicle Policy last month, under which a grant is also being given by the govt for buying electric vehicles in the state. It is seen that a good number of people have made advance booking to buy electric vehicles around Diwali. Transport Min Brijendra Ola is trying electric vehicles should increase.
