DG Soni lists ACB’s record success in traps
Jaipur: ACB presented its annual report regarding action taken in 2021 on Wednesday. Rajasthan ACB has in 2021, taken action at a record level in its history.
In 2021, a total of 501 cases have been registered in ACB under Prevention of Corruption Act. In these, 430 traps, 42 misuse of office and 29 cases of disproportionate assets are registered.
Majority cases in 2021 pertain to departments such as revenue, police, panchayat, energy department and autonomous government department.
ACB DG BL Soni & ADG Dinesh MN have appealed to public stressing that people can make any complaint related to corruption on ACB’s helpline 1064 and WhatsApp number 94135-02834 without fear as the complainant’s identity will be kept completely secret.
