Designing now crucial in all major sectors: Arora

Jaipur: The scope in the designing sector is huge and nowadays designing is very important in every major sector. Study of designing is a field wherein, one can’t be pressurised as students with their own interest opt for it, said First India CEO and Managing Editor Pawan Arora while addressing the students in International Conference, ‘Design Education for Better World 2023’ organised by Vivekananda Global University at RIC on Friday.

“There was a time when people did not take architects seriously but now a good construction cannot be imagined without a good architect, the field of architecture is huge,” Arora said.

He said that the civil engineer should also have knowledge of the architect. In the same way, an architect should also have knowledge of civil engineering and value addition should be kept in mind.

Giving examples to students, he explained that most of the outfits in fashion designing are such that they can’t be worn everyday, but if the outfits are designed keeping in view the people’s need, then they can be useful to the people.

“The material is changing a lot in architecture and interior designing and there should be knowledge about it. If we have the right knowledge, only then we can give better results and satisfy our clients,” he said.
