CS USHA SHARMA GETS SIX MONTHS EXTENSION!

Jaipur: In a major development related to Rajasthan bureaucracy, late on Thursday evening the Central government approved extension of service of CS Usha Sharma for a period of six months, starting from July 1. Usha Sharma’s retirement was on 30 June, but now the term has been extended till December 31.

In fact, it was CM Ashok Gehlot’s ‘Goodwill’ with PM Modi that was seen in PMO on Thurday as Usha Sharma got 6 months extension in just 24 hours. While there is Congress government in Rajasthan but despite this Gehlot’s proposal was approved immediately due to his personal relationship with PM. Although both of them do not miss attacking each other as soon as they get chance on political front.

Notably, Usha too has immense ‘Goodwill’ in Delhi as she has been Secretary in the Ministry of Sports in GoI when Anurag Thakur was her minister. So, when Thakur came on a visit to Jaipur, Sharma went to the Marriott Hotel and had a courtesy meeting with Thakur.
