‘Clean Bowled’: 107 gangsters arrested from over 200 places

Jaipur: In order to crack down on increasing crime and organized crime which is openly challenging the police, the Jaipur Police Commissionerate has made preparations for strictness. The Commissionerate on Thursday launched ‘Operation Gangster Clean Bowled’ and raided the hideouts of accused across city. However, during action, police arrested 107 accused in 8 different cases.

More than 3,000 police officers and policemen of Commissionerate simultaneously raided more than 200 places in city. At around 5 in morning, people started making different types of speculations after seeing police patrol in many colonies. As part of operation, the police arrested 107 miscreants.

Under ‘Operation Gangster Clean Bowled’, which was run by targeting mafia and organized crimes, various teams of police raided many places, then the police also got information about the absconding miscreants in many cases. Property documents and several suspicious items have also been recovered during the operation.

During this action, the police arrested 8 miscreants under illegal arms, excise act and gambling betting in various police stations of the city. During the operation, the police also recovered several vehicles.
