Budget of Crop Security Mission increased 25 times

Jaipur: The separate agriculture budget started by CM Ashok Gehlot from the last financial year is now showing positive results. The Crop Protection Mission was started to protect the crops of farmers from stray animals, blue bulls, etc. The special thing has been that under this mission, the figure of subsidy given to the farmers in the wire ban has increased more than 25 times.

In the last year’s budget, a target was set for wire fencing in total length of 1 crore 25 lakh meters in two years in the state. Under the Mission, efforts are being made to prevent damage to crops by Nilgai and stray animals.
