BJP attacks again on Congress MLAs’ resignation row

Jaipur: As soon as newly elected Congress President Malikarjun Kharge became active, BJP has also intensified attack on the Congress in Rajasthan. Dy LoP Rajendra Rathore has termed the Ashok Gehlot government as unstable and in a state of confusion. On the issue of resignations by Congress MLAs, Rathore said that the BJP has already given representation to the Speaker of Legislative Assembly. Along with this, he said, the precedent of the Supreme Court and the High Court has also been presented. “It is expected that the Speaker of the Assembly will take a decision on this in time. If the decision is not taken on time, then we have options open, “ he said. The BJP leader said that people are suffering in the Congress rule and in the eyes of the public, the rule of the government has ended. “Now the govt is running only constitutionally,” he added. “We will talk to constitution and law experts.
