ABVP members adamant on RUSU’s date extension

Jaipur: Student leaders associated with ABVP continued their protest in Rajasthan University on Sunday demanding an extension of the dates of student union elections. Three of the protestors have climbed a water tank inside the university premises and raised slogans against the state government. Meanwhile, former education minister Kali Charan Saraf reached Rajasthan University on Sunday to support the protestors. ABVP leader Hoshiyar Meena said that the government is only trying to do a formality by conducting student union elections.
