Santana Dharma guarantees peace in world: CM Yogi

Rohtak: Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath said on Thursday that Sanatan Dharma guarantees peace in the world, adding that India's saints are ready to face every challenge that comes their way and never run away when it comes to engaging in works of public welfare.

Addressing thousands of saints from across the country at Baba Mastnath Math in Haryana's Rohtak on the occasion of the consecration of Brahmalin Mahant Shri Chand Nath Yogi, CM Yogi said that the saints' only aim is the welfare of the people and are helping realise the government's resolve of 'Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat' by spreading awareness from village to village.

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's Chief Mohan Bhagwat, Yoga guru Swami Ramdev, Swami Chidanand Maharaj, and Mahant Baba Balaknath of Baba Mastnath Math were among those prominent faces who were present at the event.

The UP CM said, "The Nath sect is the carrier of India's Sanatan Dharma. To reach the essence of Sanatan Dharma, our sects, methods of worship, traditions, and beliefs have been truly dedicated. The paths may be different, but the destination is the same, and this destination is the re-establishment of the eternal truth of Sanatan Dharma through united and strong efforts."
He said that today, a magnificent Shri Ram Temple is being constructed in Ayodhya.

CM Yogi further said that those who did not believe in Sanatan Dharma used to run away just at the mention of the name of the Shri Ram Temple. But those who had faith in Sanatan Dharma had faith in their actions.

"What was once deemed impossible for people, the new India has made possible. There is turmoil happening around the world, but the guarantee of world peace lies only in Sanatan Dharma and India," the UP CM said.

Yogi further mentioned that in times of global crises, every nation, every religious follower, and every distressed person is looking towards India with hope today. They believe that India will support them, he said.

He further emphasised that this event strengthens that mission. This is the place of practice for the holy saints of the Nath sect. Mahant Balaknath Yogi is carrying forward the resolutions of Baba Chandanath Ji with dedication and foresight, which is commendable and praiseworthy.

CM Yogi said that today India has the world's largest population, which has all its fundamental rights.
"From north to south and east to west, India continues to establish itself as 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' with full strength, and behind this are our revered saints, who are spreading awareness from village to village," said Yogi.

He mentioned that the saints dedicate themselves entirely to the worship of their deity and the restoration of Sanatan Dharma.
CM Yogi said, "Be it the Ram Mandir movement or any other public movement, saints have always actively participated. Today, thousands of saints from all over the country present in this ceremony demonstrate that there is no division of caste, religion, or sect. Those who say that India is a land of diverse beliefs and worship methods should witness the unity of saints from all traditions present here."

On this occasion, the Chief of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Mohan Bhagwat, Swami Ramdev, Chinna Jeeyar Swamy, Swami Chidanand Maharaj, Swami Nirmalananda Maharaj, Swami Gyananand Maharaj, Baba Balak Nath Maharaj, Hari Chetananand Maharaj, Brahma Dev Maharaj, Dr Chinmoy Pandya, Acharya Lokesh Muni, Naraharinath of Nath sect, Mahant Shernath, Union Minister Dr VK Singh, Ramlal including a large number of Yogeshwars and saints were present.
