Why is Rahul becoming an ascetic in a T-shirt?

New Delhi: The leader of the Congress party is calling Rahul Gandhi an ascetic and it is being said on the basis that he is traveling wearing a Tshirt even in cold weather. On Tuesday, he started the second leg of the journey from Delhi. When his journey started in the morning, the temperature in Delhi was around five degrees celsius and there was a cold wave. But Rahul was in a t-shirt. He went to worship at the Hanuman temple and from there proceeded towards Uttar Pradesh. So now the million dollar question is: Has Rahul actually become an ascetic or is the Congress’ PR team trying to project him as one? The Congress leader himself is making an issue of his wearing a T-shirt and on this basis is calling him an ascetic with strict self-control but when Rahul is being asked about this he is saying what disturbance can a t-shirt cause?

While the t-shirt has not caused any disturbance to anyone, but the Congress or Rahul should reveal as to why he is not feeling cold? After all, until last year, he did feel cold during winters and this can be proved from the point that he has quite expensive jackets etc. which he kept wearing. So what happened this year? It is also interesting that more than a hundred ‘Bharat Yatris’ are walking with him, many of whom are of younger to Rahul but they all feel cold. Then it seems that Rahul has grown a beard to give the yatra a political purpose as well as spiritualizing it, wearing a half t-shirt to convey the message that the yatra is a form of sadhana for him. The party spokesperson are trying to project him as an ascetic, a ‘Rashtra-Mitra’ and even Bhagwan Ram and the remaining issues are dealth with by the party’s media managers.
