What happened to Shinde’s claim?

Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde had claimed on July 28 that the cabinet would be formed in three days. He had said that there has been a delay in the oath of ministers but now everything has been decided and the cabinet will be expanded in three days. When he said this, it was believed that the period of three days is getting completed on July 30 and on the same day it is going to be a month since he took oath, so that day, the group of ministers would take oath. But the July 30 deadline passed several days back and till now there is no positive movement in this regard. Meanwhile, Shinde traveled to Delhi six times in a month.
