Three members of the Bishnoi gang sent the letter to Salman Khan

Mumbai (Maharashtra): The security of Salman Khan and Salim Khan had been increased after the latter received a letter threatening to kill them like Sidhu Moose Wala. The Maharashtra Home Department increased the family’s security citing the danger. In the midst of that, Salman Khan flew to Hyderabad to continue the shoot of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali and Lawrence Bishnoi, who is in jail, also denied being involved in this case.

But according to a report by India Today, Mahakal aka Siddhesh aka Saurabh Kamble, a 20-year-old gang member of the Bishnoi gang from Pune accepted to be one of the three members who sent the letter to the superstar. He was arrested from Pune earlier this week and during interrogation revealed the truth, police officials stated on Thursday. It came out that Nishant Barad, a Canada based associate of Lawrence Bishnoi had orchestrated the whole plan.

A team of Mumbai Police led by DCP Sangramsinh Nishandar retrieved the information from the 20-year-old after six hours of interrogation. He was also questioned by the Delhi Police Special Cell in regards to the Sidhu Moose Wala murder case and a team of Punjab Police have also landed in Pune for the same.

Kamble revealed that three members flew down to Mumbai from Jalore, Rajasthan on the orders of Barad and one of them placed the letter on a bench that Salim Khan was sitting on. The letter allegedly threatened Salman Khan and his father meeting the fate of Sidhu Moose Wala.

The Delhi Police on Wednesday had stated Lawrence Bishnoi to be the man behind the murder of Punjabi singer and Congress leader, Sidhu Moose Wala. An associate of Saurabh Kamble and a member of the Bishnoi gang, Santosh Jadhav, who is presently absconding, has been identified as one of the shooters in the Moose Wala murder.
