Panel sends notices to Dr Bhandari and Dr Mehta

Jaipur: The Medical Education Department is in action mode in the case of issuance of fake NOC for human organ and tissue transplantation. Additional Chief Secretary Shubhra Singh is continuously monitoring the matter closely.

Following her instructions, committee constituted under the chairmanship of the Medical Education Commissioner has issued notice in this matter to Dr. Sudhir Bhandari, Dr. Amarjeet Mehta, and Dr. Achal Sharma. Information related to transplant has been sought and asked to be informed about the actual situation and also to inform about the working, maintenance and monitoring of SOTO.
