OMG! Kirron Kher trolled Karan Johar over his mannerisms at BigB's Party

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Bollywood's Shahenshah Amitabh Bachchan threw a magnificent Diwali party at his home last night after a two-year gap. Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan, Karan Johar, Kirron Kher, Anupam Kher, Sikandar Kher, Kunal Kapoor, and many more famous people attended the star-studded party. Karan Johar and Kirron Kher, who previously worked very closely on the reality show India's Got Talent, reconnected at the party last night, and we were able to see some of their amusing smack talk thanks to KJo's Instagram.

The senior actress is seen throwing fun jabs at Karan in a video the director shared as he questioned her about her all-red attire.  When Karan asks her, “Aren’t we late for Karwa Chauth?” she says, “You shut up. Tu jo ye Anarkali ban ke aaya hua hai na, thodi der me mujra andar hone wala hai. Jitni nazakat tum me hai, itni kisi aurat mein nahi hai yahaa pe.”

Karan chuckles and remarks that his clothing has a lot of texture and embroidery since he finds her statements to be humorous. He says, “I have a feeling that my outfit has a lot of texture and embroidery. It’s beautiful. I think what you are wearing is a little bit seen.” Laughing at their ongoing silly banter Kirron says, “My dress is not seen as it was made specifically for me.” “Much better than yours, everybody knows it. Even you know this,” she continued.

Using his social media handle to post the video, Karan wrote, “The OG #TOODLES @kirronkhermp is back!!!”

While the video had many people in splits, several people were surprised by the phrase Kher used. One commenter wrote, “I personally didn't like the way she is mocking Karan's way of expression by mentioning his 'Nazakaat' and comparing it with that of 'Auratein'. It's silly of this talented lady to sahi this.” Other wrote, “Iss pagal budiya ki video kyu dalte ho...always insulting eveeybody...she is men not women.” Another wrote, “Only kiran kher can say those things to Karan. Ma ki dant ashirwad hoti hai.”

One even pointed out that what Kirron said was very rude. One of his followers said, “Kiran Kher is very very demeaning. She is exactly like one of those mohalle ki aunty with toxic thinking.”

In terms of his work front, Karan Johar recently finished Season 7 of Koffee with Karan. Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, will mark his comeback to directing. Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan will all play leading roles in the film.
