‘If Rane’s financial affairs are investigated, he will land in jail’

Mumbai: BJP leader and minister Narayan Rane said on Friday that he will not spare Thackeray group leader and MP Sanjay Raut. “I have given an implicit warning that I am going to file a complaint against Sanjay Raut,” said Rane. Now, Sanjay Raut has responded to the warning of Narayan Rane.

Raut said, “If Rane’s financial affairs are released, he will go to jail for 50 years. If you dare, take off your royal clothes and come out. I will share the details later.”

“We are not cowards like them. We are not going to change parties as soon as the ED notice comes. I haven’t said anything about them yet. They were our colleagues, they should not issue threats. I have bravely gone to jail for my party,” warned Raut.

The Rajya Sabha MP further added, “I didn’t run away when called by ED like you. We are not scared. We are Balasaheb Thackeray’s Shiv Sainiks. We are sending everyone’s statement to the Chief Justice. If the financial affairs of Narayan Rane are taken out, he will not come out of jail for 50 years.”
