‘Free Nirogi Rajasthan’ is going to be revolutionary in state: Parsadi

Jaipur: Calling CM Free Nirogi Rajasthan Scheme a revolutionary idea, the health minister Parsadi Lal Meena on Wednesday called upon all medicos and health workers to make the scheme successful. Addressing principals, superintendents and other officers of all medical colleges of the state through video conferencing, he said that when ‘Mukhyamantri Free Medicines Scheme’ was launched in 2011, people had apprehensions about its success. “Today, with the cooperation of medical personnel, the scheme has become an example for the whole country,” he said. Meena said that the trial of CM’s Free Nirogi Rajasthan Scheme is going on now and if the medical personnel cooperate wholeheartedly, then the state will once again make a mark in the field of medicine. The minister directed that it should be ensured to provide IPD, OPD medicines and tests free of cost in all the medical institutions of the state. In the VC action plans were discussed with the medicos of state.
