Dr Goyal takes charge as RMC Registrar

Jaipur: Newly appointed Registrar of Rajasthan Medical Council (RMC) Dr Girdhar Goyal took charge on Thursday. He is the additional superintendent of SMS Hospital. He reached the Council office at 12 noon and took over the work after offering prayers. Dr Goyal expressed disappointment over the recent incident where the registrar of RMC and two others were suspended over registration of doctors using fake documents. He said that the government’s intention is that the council should work with transparency. “The Medical Council will work as a facility for the doctors. Many posts are lying vacant in the council,” he said.
