Big Action by Anti-Gangster Task Force in Rajasthan , Drugs Worth Around 40 Crores Seized

The Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF) team of the Police Headquarters has uncovered a drug manufacturing factory for MD drugs in the Devaldi village of Arnod police station in Pratapgarh district. The factory contained a large quantity of drug-making equipment, machinery, and MD-laced chemicals. Additionally, a second farmhouse was raided in search of a wanted criminal, where a pistol with a magazine and three live cartridges were seized. The seized drugs, weighing about 12 kilograms, along with other NDPS components, are valued at approximately 40 crores.
Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) of AGTF, Dinesh MN, stated that the AGTF had received intelligence regarding large-scale MD drug manufacturing along the Rajasthan-Madhya Pradesh border, particularly in Devaldi village. The drugs were being supplied to Rajasthan, Haryana, and Punjab.

Links to the Recent Drug Seizure in Bhopal

ADGP Dinesh MN explained that the recent drug bust in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, where MD drugs worth Rs 1,800 crore were seized, had links to Devaldi village. The main accused is from Devaldi, and further investigation revealed a network operating in the region.
Drug Manufacturing Factory Exposed
The AGTF team, under the supervision of DIG Yogesh Yadav, Additional Superintendent of Police Asharam Choudhary, and Siddhant Sharma, began gathering information about illegal drug activities in the area two months ago. On receiving solid intelligence on Monday, the team raided a farmhouse where the accused Yakub, Jamshed, and Shaheel were reportedly engaged in drug trafficking. Upon the police's arrival, the criminals fled the scene, but a significant quantity of MD drug-making equipment, MD drug solutions, a pistol, live cartridges, a motorcycle, and other materials were seized.

The accused Yakub, Jamshed, and Shaheel are close relatives of Shoaib, a key figure in the MD drug operation recently busted by Gujarat ATS in Bhopal.

    • 11.45 kg of liquid MD drug in 20-liter containers
    • 14.77 kg of liquid chemicals used for drug manufacturing
    • 4.9 kg of NDPS components in liquid form
    • Drug manufacturing equipment, chemicals, and more

Raid at Another Farmhouse for a Wanted Criminal

The AGTF team also raided another farmhouse in search of the wanted criminal Shah Rukh, alias Tony, who was involved in two drug trafficking cases registered at Arnod police station. Shah Rukh had a bounty of 25,000 rupees on his head. The team found an unnumbered bike at the location, but no individuals were present. However, a country-made pistol, magazine, and three live cartridges were found hidden under a pillow and seized.
The raid was successful due to the efforts of Head Constable Mahavir Singh and Constable Narendra Patidar. Police personnel from Arnod station, including SHO Hajjari Lal, ASI Shivalal, Head Constable Virendra Singh, Omveer, Constables Dinesh, Harish, Prahlad, and Driver Jagpal Singh, contributed significantly to the operation.

 

 

Jaipur: Case of Corruption by Former JEN in JDA Zone-8 11 Years Ago
Mukesh Kumar, the former JEN of JDA's Zone-8, residing in Murlipura, has been sentenced to 2 years in prison for his involvement in a corruption case. Judge Sunil Kumar Yadav in ACB Court-4 also imposed a fine of ₹10,000. The ACB had caught him red-handed on July 21, 2013, accepting ₹6,000 in bribes. The charges were based on allegations from July 19, when he demanded ₹10,000 as a bribe for demarcation and issuing single pattas for two plots of land. The then Principal Secretary, Devendra Bhushan Gupta, had issued a PS on May 30, 2014, regarding the matter. The court found Mukesh guilty under sections 7 and 13(1)(D) read with 13(2) of the PC Act.

Class 9 Student Dies by Suicide in Jaipur’s Shivdaspura
A student of class IX in Shivdaspura, Jaipur, died by suicide at home by hanging. Upon receiving the information, the police reached the spot. Based on a complaint filed by the student’s father, a case has been registered at the police station, alleging that three friends instigated the suicide. The Shivdaspura police are now investigating the matter.
