ACB raids on Greater JMC’s FA and two contractors

Jaipur: The ACB conducted a major raid late on Friday night in Jaipur at the ‘bases’ of FA Achaleshwar Meena of

Jaipur Greater Municipal Corporation and two contractors namely Anil Agarwal and Dhan Kumar Jain.

ACB sleuths found Rs27 lakh cash from Jain’s residence along with documents of land. Moreover, property documents found from residence of Meena were recovered.

According to officials, contractors used to collect money for municipal officials by getting seals opened & recover from marriage gardens.

Contractors have accepted to their role to ACB and confessed that bribe used to reach officials including FA.

Now, JMC CEO & many municipal employees are suspected of being part of ‘activity’. It is said commission was charged from 1-2% based on various criterion.

Notably, ACB ASP Bajrang Shekhawat’s team executed the action on the instructions of ACB DG BL Soni and ADG Dinesh MN.
