We lost because of caste equations: Vistaraks

Jaipur: BJP is in the process of brainstorming about the results of the Lok Sabha elections in Rajasthan. On Saturday, National Organization General Secretary BL Santosh took a feedback regarding the results in the concluding meeting of the Vistaraks who were in the field during the elections.

In the feedback, the Vistaraks told about different seats that the displeasure of the organization officials at the local level, not selecting the right candidates in many places and not taking advantage of the caste equation were the main reasons for BJP’s defeat in the Lok Sabha elections. Santosh also took details of those seats from the Vistaraks where the party won. During the meeting, the Vistaraks were instructed to continue their work on the seats where by-elections were to be held. Apart from Senior BJP leaders, Deputy Chief Minister Dr Prem Chand Bairwa and Diya Kumari were also present.
