SOG searches RPSC office, questions accused

Ajmer: A SOG team raided the Rajasthan Public Service Commission office in Ajmer as part of the investigation into the paper leak case. The raid included an inspection of suspended member Babulal Katara’s chamber and all related cupboards.

Katara’s chambers, previously sealed, were opened for inspection. Former commission member Ramuram Raika, along with his son Devesh Raika and daughter Shobha Raika, were also taken to RPSC office and were questioned.

While acting chairman Kailash Chand Meena and examination controller Ashutosh Gupta left the office in the evening, commission secretary Ramniwas Mehta stayed till late. Mehta told the media that till now the SOG has not questioned any officer or employee nor has it asked for any file related to old recruitments and the Commission is fully cooperating in the action of the SOG.
