Passing out parade for SI recruits halted by High Court
Jaipur: Rajasthan High Court on Monday directed to maintain status quo on Sub-Inspector recruitment exam-2021 and issued notice to the state government and RPSC.
There will be stay on the passing out parade and field posting of the trainees recruited in the exam. The single judge bench of Justice Sameer Jain gave these instructions while hearing a petition filed by Kailash Chand Sharma and others. The court issued notices to the principal secretary of the home department, DGP, Secretary of Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) and ADG of Special Operations Group (SOG) to submit their reply on the matter.
“The court has directed to maintain the status quo on the sub-inspector recruitment exam2021,” advocate Harendra Neel said.
