Clash with police during Congress protest against NEET, water issues

Kota: Tensions escalated in Kota as Congress leaders and supporters took to the streets in protest against NEET exam, law and order & water related issues which was led by PCC Chief GS Dotasra and LoP Tikaram Jully.

The protest commenced with a strategic meeting in front of Circuit House, where Cong leaders outlined their grievances. However, Police, equipped with water cannons, RAC troops, and Vajra vehicles, barricaded the route. Panic gripped the immediate area when demonstrators clashed with police at the barricades. The police had to resort to use of water cannon to disperse the crowd.

Dotasra cautioned Kota Range IG Ravi Dutt Gaur to not commit excesses on Congress workers at the behest of BJP, otherwise he will face consequences.
