97.06% clear class 5, 95.72% pass class 8; girls outshine boys

Jaipur: In Jaipur, 97.06% of 5.14 lakh students cleared the Primary Education Learning Level Assessment (Class 5) exam 2024. Meanwhile, 95.72% passed the Class 8 exams, with 12.50 lakh students appearing. School Education Secretary Krishna Kunal released the exam results of Primary Education Learning Level Assessment (Class 5), 2024 and Elementary Education Completion Certificate Examination (Class 8) at Shiksha Sankul on Thursday. The results, released offline due to some technical issues, can be seen on Shala Darpan Portal & PSP Portal. 14, 35, 696 candidates appeared in class 5, out of which 13, 93 423 candidates passed. In Class 8, 12,50,800 candidates appeared; 11,97,321 passed.

The exam result of girl students was 97.23 percent while that of boys was 96.89 percent.

District DIETs had the highest results. Results of 9,538 candidates were withheld for various reasons.

Girls outshined boys as the result of girl students was 96.39 percent as compared to 95.14 percent that of boy students.
