Riya Chakraborty lodges complaint against Sushant's sister and doctor, accusing him of fabricating fake slip

On the complaint of Riya Chakraborty, the girlfriend of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, the Mumbai Police has filed an FIR against Rajput's sisters and doctor. Riya alleged that without consultation, she prescribed medication for Rajput. The officer gave information about it on Tuesday.

The official said that a case was registered against Sushant's sisters - Priyanka Singh, Mitu Singh, Dr. Tarun Kumar of Delhi, and others here on Tuesday.

He said that an FIR has been registered at Bandra Police Station, Mumbai under the Indian Penal Code and NDPS Act. Riya, in a complaint to the police, had demanded registration of FIRs under Bhadansan, NDPS, and Telemedicine treatment guidelines. Riya has also accused Priyanka of harassing her.

Riya has alleged that Priyanka Singh, doctor Tarun Singh of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Delhi, and others made a fake prescription of medicine to cure the stress of a 34-year-old actor.

It is noteworthy that Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his flat in suburban Bandra, Mumbai on 14 June. A Mumbai Police spokesman said that as per the Supreme Court order, the case has been handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for further investigation.
