ECI officials on 3-day visit to city from today

Jaipur: Senior officials of ECI will be on a three-day visit to Jaipur from Friday to take stock of preps for upcoming assembly elections. CEC Rajeev Kumar, EC Anoop Chandra Pandey & Arun Goyal will be in Jaipur from Sept 29 to October 1.

Today: CEC will hold a meeting with representatives of recognized political parties in Jaipur. Later, a meeting with enforcement agencies like State Police, CPF, Income Tax, Excise, Transport, Nodal Officers of Railways and Airport will also take place.

Sept 30: They will see presentation of preparations from the nodal officers of the State Police and Central Police Force.

Oct 1: The officials will hold a meeting with the CS & DGP of Rajasthan.
