Jaipur businessman Sanjay Jain, who was caught in the case of a viral audio clip of the purchase of MLAs, has refused to give his voice sample. Jain was produced in MM-2 court on Friday. ACB will also interrogate Jain in this matter.
ACB has filed an application in the ACB court to take Sanjay Jain on a production warrant. The ACB has also registered a case against Sanjay Jain and others. Meanwhile, ACB's team also reached Manesar in Haryana on Friday.
The ACB team went there to give notice to the MLA of the Sachin Pilot camp, but the hotel management has denied the MLAs being there Amidst all this, Sanjay Jain has also filed his bail petition in the court.
He is also to be heard today in CMM-2 court. To Sanjay Jain SOG was arrested on 17 July. Sanjay Jain is currently in judicial custody till 5 August.
It is noteworthy that on July 10, the SOG had filed an FIR against unknown people in its MLA purchase case. SOG later arrested Bharat Malani and Ashok Singh in this case.
After that, on July 17, the state government's chief whip, Dr. Mahesh Joshi, on audio clip viral, filed a separate FIR in SOG. An FIR was lodged against Sanjay Jain, Congress MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma, and Gajendra Singh.
Gajendra Singh, who was involved in the conversation, is reportedly being called the Union Minister. SOG arrested Sanjay Jain on the same day in this case. At the same time, the second FIR was filed by Joshi against two people.
It includes a name to be dismissed, minister Vishvendra Singh. After that, Dr. Joshi also filed a case in ACB against a person named Sanjay Jain, MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma, and Gajendra Singh.
