GS Shekhawat promotes tourism at WTM London
London: Union Minister for Culture and Tourism Gajendra Singh Shekhawat held bilateral meetings with representatives from France, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain during his UK visit, focusing on tourism-related issues.
Shekhawat emphasised travel’s role in cultural exchange and economic development under Modi’s “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” vision at WTM London. He explored new destinations, promoted India’s tourism, and visited the Victoria and Albert Museum, highlighting shared heritage. Shekhawat also met India’s High Commissioner Vikram Doraiswami and other officials from the Indian High Commission.
